Bo Rangers captain Morie Allie has affirmed the Corona pandemic affected them by killing the momentum and confidence they had built to win the league, stating that the pandemic also affected their morale. Allie thanked the club executive for paying them full salary and showing interest in players’ welfare, despite the over three-month ban on sporting activities.
As one of the longest serving Bo Rangers player, he also heaped praises on club chairman Babadi Kamara and the executive for transforming the team, boasting a team bus, state-of-the art clubhouse and other facilities. The Bo Rangers captain is optimistic that if given the opportunity to represent the country in the CAF Champions League, “with the team and personnel we have,” they will make history by reaching the final.
He closed saying they plan to properly utilise the finished team clubhouse.
