Sierra Leone’s foreign based Footballer Turay & artist Rap Gee stand against rape in Sierra Leone

Sierra Leonean striker and last season Swedish top flight golden boot winner, Mohamed Buya Turay in solidarity with the #Justice4KhadijaManinatuSaccoh campaign have called to action Authorities in Sierra Leone, joined hands with home-based dancehall musician and song writer Rap Gee to release a song titled “Justice for Khadija”. The song which was released on  (June 21, 2020) following the sad News about the death of an infant girl child aged 5 years, Khadija Maninatu Saccoh whose corpse autopsy confirmed on Saturday, June 20, 2020 died of rape. On the same date Buya reacted to the unprecedented act of rape and wrote the following on his Facebook page:

“Today I am sad. I am angry. The death of this child, Khadija Saccoh because of rape is EVIL and UNACCEPTABLE. My heartfelt condolences to the family. We cannot look away from this matter of our girls being raped and the rapists walking free. Please let us come together as a society and expose these rapists. Please to the authorities, let us ensure that justice is served and these evil men are punished.
