43 home-based players start training ahead of AFCON qualifier matches

The Technical Department of the Football Association has invited 43 home-based players to start training on Wednesday 5th February 2020 at the SLFA Academy grounds, ahead of the 2021 AFCON Qualifier tie between Sierra Leone and Nigeria in March 2020. The players are; Ron Gandi Williams, Ibrahim Kamara, Manbay Sarttie, Lahai Koker, Joseph Samura  Kamara, Prince Barrie, Nathaniel Tongovula, Alpha Bedor Kamara, Abu bakarr Toma, Mohamed Kamara, Emmanuel Lamina, Morie Alie Unisa Conteh, Abdul Kamara, Alpha Conteh, Abdul Yillah, Edward Cole, Edmond Michael, Sony Kamara, Mohamed Mansaray, Ibrahim Kamara, Paul Kargbo, Amos Walker, Philip Nevil, Alfred Sakilla, Julius Gobah, Ibrahim Mansaray, Emmanuel Samadiya, Kenewa Stevens, Hassan Milla Koroma, Mamoud Fofanah , Abu bakarr Samura, Issac Caulker, Saidu Fofanah, Donald Kamara, Alusine Koroma, Musa N Kamara, Alhassan Nani Jah, Abu Dumbuya, Yeami Dunia, Abu Mani, Alphajor Kamara and Alex Obi. The Leone Stars will engage in their back-to-back AFCON Qualifier fixtures with the Super Eagles of Nigeria within the 23rd and 31st March 2020 starting with an away match in Nigeria. The Match Day 5 fixture against the Crocodiles of Lesotho will now be played between the 1st and 9th June 2020 and the last round matches of the 2021 qualifiers will be played within the 31st August and 8th September 2020.
