Sierra Leone Pastor docked over land saga

Pastor  Paul Suffian Bangura of the Living World Bible Church, is presenting answering to one count of trespassing before Magistrate Hannah Bonnie of the Pademba Road Magistrate Court No. 1. According to the Sierra Leone Police that Sometime in 2016, at Hasting , in the Western Rural District, Pastor Bangura unlawfully entered into the land of Melampus Turay , without the necessary authority to do. He was charged with one count of trespassing, contrary to Section 15 (1) of the Public Order Act No.46 of 1965 by the Police. On Monday 4 November 2019, the accused appeared before Magistrate Bonnie for the first time and he was very calmed and attentive while the charge was read over to himself by the Court Registrar. He pleaded not guilty to the above offence after the charge was put to him.
