The president of the Sierra Leone Paralympics Committee Unisa Deen Kargbo has been lecturing representatives of the Paralympics Committees in South Africa. The one week long Agitos Foundation Organizational Capacity Training was attended by 25 Paralympics committees in Africa. The program involves countries that have not yet succeeded in the Paralympics Sports. Sierra Leone is represented by the President of Sierra Leone Paralympics Committee Unisa Deen Kargbo and his Vice President Zainab Suma. The essence of the training is to train the participants on how to develop Paralympics Sports in their various countries. In this case they let each representative travel with a female representative. The organizers have found out that female athletes are rare in the Paralympics games. With this, they said the female representatives will be used to convince the female disable people to become sports women.
